The Opportunity
Endless opportunity for growth.
As with a growing and ambitious company, there is ample opportunity to get involved with a number of projects and assignments that you may not in larger, more established companies. We offer the opportunity for professional growth across our diverse and skilled workforce. We know just how important it is to bring together different ideas and experiences to boost innovation, performance and creativity.
We have a company value of seek growth. This value guides all teams by reinforcing the importance of employee growth and emphasising the importance of employee development. We recognise the importance of developing talent – so you know you’ll be supported to achieve more, both professionally and personally.
As well as our ever-growing benefits offerings, we know that what really matters to our employees is that they have the time and resources to grow and be the best version of themselves every day. Whether it’s offering flexibility to help our employees when it matters most or fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, we look after the small stuff, so our employees don’t have to.

The Culture
Get involved in a diverse range of activities.
Being a social bunch, our employees organise various sporting activities outside of work. Stirling provides numerous opportunities: Badminton, climbing, trail running, kayaking, and more. You will always find someone else in the office up for trying something new!
As well as this, we enjoy a quarterly company breakfast to celebrate our wins of the previous three months and look forward to the months to come. We also have a Social Committee with representatives from departments across the company who come together to organise regular events themed around the various cultures and interests of our team – check out our LinkedIn to see recent events including a Bake Off and Steps Challenge.
Volunteering is something we can get behind, with the opportunity for two volunteering days a year. Most recently, our Sustainability team worked alongside BugLife to help restore bog land in local areas! See the photo for evidence…

The Location
Work in a beautiful city, close to nature.
If you look at the makeup of our workforce you will see a diverse, international team with a rich tapestry of different nationalities and cultures. I think that speaks volumes about the unique combination of the professional opportunity and cultural experience afforded of living in Scotland.
Scotland is famous for several things including its stunning scenic landscape, its rich history, its contributions to inventions and science, its cultural warmth and hospitality and of course its temperamental weather. On civilisation, French philosopher and author, Voltaire famously stated “We look to Scotland for all our ideas of civilisation”.
Our office is based in Stirling, famous for its castle and the Wallace Monument, is a central part of historic significance. It is conveniently commutable from both Glasgow and Edinburgh for those wanting to experience city life in either of Scotland’s major cities.
