Gii-Sens™ electrochemical electrodes are made with our novel 3D graphene Gii™. Disposable sensors that allow for one-step assays without the need for pre-treatments.
Through integrating Gii™ into our Gii-Sens™ electrodes we can enhance reproducibility and sensitivity compared with screen printed options. Alternative Gii-Sens configurations shown are available on request, subject to minimum order size

Gii is a 3-dimensional super-porous scaffold of carbon layers displaying the desired properties of graphene.

Using a micropipette just place a drop of 50 to 100 µL onto the surface, covering the three electrodes. To ensure perfect contact and wetting of the whole three electrode area you can pipette onto the surface and back into the micropipette a couple of times.

For best results we recommend to use Gii-Sens Adaptor.

Our electrodes are ready to be used and no general pre-treatment or cleaning protocol is required.

Gii-Sens electrodes are reliable and reproducible. For the best results, it is recommended to use Gii-Sens as single-use sensors.

Gii-Sens electrodes have been optimised to be used with aqueous solutions. However, they withstand organic solvents. Contact us and we can advise you on the particular conditions and solvents best suited to your needs.

Gii-Sens sensors can be used in acid, neutral and alkaline media like conventional solid electrode. Contact us for particular conditions and we can advise you on how to achieve the best results.

The thickness of our Gii layer is approximately 50 µm.
